Cyarist relativity – a new form of government.
The Cyarist system is the government of a nation in the main determined by all of its citizens aged 16 years and over, who will vote electronically on predetermined matters. Initially registered individuals will be called upon to vote almost every day in order to establish the new system, all individuals will be paid for each vote they cast. The ‘Cyarist Relativity’ system will be based on 30 Precepts which will be enacted as soon as possible, at the same time six Foundation Councils will also be established, together they will be the foundations of a new economy. The Cyarist System will have no need of politicians the existing house of commons will be replaced by the ‘Clustorium’ which will consist of 240 selected elected individuals, this will be the nation`s office of administration. The clustorium will be dedicated to the formation of the Cyarist precepts into law. The prosperity of the nation and that of its individuals will be forthcoming from the inventive talents of the six foundation councils. This will require a large investment in the sciences, research, innovation and the ‘Arts’ which will be of equal importance. This new nation will become the largest scientifically based economy to ever exist, the results of all the foundation councils research and discoveries will be traded with the worlds leading economies, to provide by far the bulk of the nations and that of its individuals wealth.
