Thank you for taking the time to read this proposition – parts of which may well turn out to be the beginning of a future form of government, stranger things have happened! – Just.
Certain parts of this presentation may seem fanciful I suppose that has been the intention, after all many practical inventions and most of the steps taken in the advancement of science are often brought about by an individual’s fantasy of thought. Remember that ‘Cyarist Relativity’ is a new way of doing almost everything! The intention has always been to present a science based economy which will be huge in scale involving a large majority of the population. It will be financed initially by a new tax structure based on the four ‘concepts’ outlined in Precept No.10 these will certainly generate criticism and derision with cries of “impossible” but as all Cyarist Individuals will have learnt that is just a word. The sources of the tax targeted in the concepts is not the nation’s financial systems as such, these will need to remain profitable and effective on a global base. The existing financial system will however be responsible for the collection of the bulk of the new taxes, for which they will be handsomely paid, the source of these taxes as with all taxes is of course money. This is ‘Money’ which will be conveniently concentrated in only three or four locations.
Everything within the Cyarist system must remain flexible, for you – the individual will decide on major proposals. On completion of this ‘Cyarist Relativity’ proposal the best classification as a political system I can suggest is: ‘A Science and Arts based Direct Democratic Government using an Elected Administration.’ This ‘Presentation’, as with all Ideologies rarely progress beyond the intention of open discussion and debate, – will this be an exception? Numbers and percentages used, even facts and certain points of view sometimes clash or lack feasibility and practicality, some may be less than accurate or may have been omitted, it is however hoped that ‘Cyarist Relativity’ merits discussion. Discussion and debate will certainly be needed to bring about what may well become the beginning of the Cyarist System – a new way forward for all of us. Many steps will have to be taken in order to reach this Future, there will be conflict and setback – millions must declare themselves to be a ‘Cyarist Individual’ – you must nurture a dogged belief and have no fear of the ‘Precepts’, the financial commitments or the disappointments which will have to be overcome before this ‘relativity’ can be forged and a ‘Contented Nation’ of the Future born.
