The Awakening of the latent force of the Nation’s individuals

Cyarist Relativity as you are about to discover is set in the near future, the recent decision to leave the EU may lead to some of the Cyarist Precepts being adopted. It is highly unlikely that this will be significant when compared to the real future which will perhaps become the Cyarist way. Much which follows has, I am sure, been discussed, debated and argued over, some in part since ancient times but this proposal of the Cyarist way – a new form of government – is a new way of doing almost everything it has been developed by the pulling together of many propositions. It is unlikely that the whole package including the use of computer programming, some programs not yet developed, has been previously considered in its entirety. ‘Cyarist Relativity’ will be founded on ‘30 Precepts’ embedded together with ‘6 Foundation Councils’.

The Precepts once set in law will become the organics of government and the Foundation Councils will embark on research and development to generate self-perpetuating wealth creation based on the financial returns from scientific and technological inventive discoveries these will become the nation’s intellectual property to be financially exploited by U.K. businesses together with the Foundation Councils the resulting investments will be protected and traded on the global stage. This wealth creation will provide a sustained financial contribution to the nation’s revenue. The System will aim to develop a contented lifestyle for all of the nation’s Individuals, working practices will become highly flexible, individuals will be able to move in and out of several forms of employment. The Cyber Council will ensure more and more mundane tasks are undertaken by technically advanced computers and Artificial Intelligent aides and concepts.

The Cyarist System will aim to reduce the necessity of an individual to work more than 30 hours a week, the retirement age will be reduced, gradually moving towards 60 years of age for all, this will eventually become even lower as new pastimes, leisure facilities and the encouragement of individuals to undertake voluntary work become available. The structure of paying wages, salaries, rates of pay, holiday pay and relief payments will be tailored to this end. New concepts forged by the Foundation Councils will increase the number of employment opportunities for individuals leaving education, the new Councils themselves will provide a large number of skilled, academic, practical and basic forms of employment. The Cyarist system as you are about to see requires no politicians or political parties instead a new administrative body consisting of 240 members known as the “Clustorium” will be formed. The Clustorium will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of 30 Precepts and the 6 Foundation Councils which will all together ensure the day to day running of this nation. Many decisions on the direction of government will be made by the nation’s individuals using sophisticated online cyber voting, for each vote cast the individual will be paid! Although set in the future it has been assumed that many of today’s existing problems will still be relevant but above all else the ‘Cyarist’ way will be flexible nothing being set in stone. Note: most figures shown throughout are as at 2015 these will need to be updated to match current figures.

THE CYARIST RELATIVITY Is not an entity in its own right, it is a futuristic form of National Governance perhaps one day to be born from the wishes of the Nation’s individuals and based on the financial income from the trade of science, innovation and the arts.
